37°44'31" N 112°18'1" WAfter staying the night in Panguitch, we set out in the morning for a day of hiking in beautiful Bryce Canyon. Along the drive to the park we passed through Red Canyon. Red Canyon is strikingly similar to Bryce Canyon but not as large. Pulled off into a couple of pull outs along UT-12 to get some pictures to add to my Byways collection (map).

Also I’d like to add, if you’re interested in learning more about Bryce Canyon and the surrounding area I’d highly recommend you look into the web-site www.brycecanyoncountry.com. It is home to a wealth of information for anyone looking to travelling to Bryce.
