Queen’s Garden Trail I

Queen's Garden Trail IAfter enjoying our brief ride into Bryce, my daughter and I of course stopped at the main Bryce Canyon Visitor’s Center.  We went through the entire center looking at all the different displays, gathering our maps, and souvenirs.  While there we learned about the parks “Hiking the Hoodoos!” challenge.  The challenge is to get kids out hiking longer hikes in order to get more in touch with nature.  Knowing that the kiddo was a natural we looked into more information.  We were told that the easiest way to get the challenge reward, a special Hiking the Hoodoos pin, was to hike the Queen’s Garden Trail until it joined with the Navajo Loop Trail.  We a goal in mind we left the Visitor’s Center and set course for the trailhead (map).
