A few days ago I was driving to pick up a friend for breakfast and saw this little beauty blooming in the median landscaping. I pulled over and gave it a good once over with a couple snaps before driving on. I got this pretty early in the morning before the sun got to harsh for a decent pic. Had to search to discover that this was a Texas Mountain Laurel. Absolutely beautiful this time of year.
