Earlier this year I took a road trip south along US-95, over to Laughlin, south through Needles, then followed along old Route 66 west through Goffs, Fenner, Amboy, and Ludlow. All along the way I took several shots and really enjoyed myself. Ended up capturing a ton of shots to share over the next couple weeks.
My first stop along the drive was this beauty of a building along former Route 66. Doing some quick research I’ve found that this building was originally a department store and was built in 1930. The store sold groceries, hardware, clothing, and more. It now houses the Needles Center of Palo Verde College (map).
