Spent the first weekend of the new year on the road. Decided to make a trip into parts of Death Valley that I’d never been before with the ultimate goal being the Wildrose Charcoal Kilns. Along the way I grabbed this snap from along CA-190 just two miles west of Stovepipe Wells (map).
