Having wrapped up our visit to the old Partridge Creek Bridge it was time to turn west towards home.  Of course I’m one to avoid returning the way I came.  Thankfully I had already prepared and we took old Historic Route 66 from just west of Ash Fork all the way to Kingman.  It was a beautiful stretch of road and I grabbed a couple shots for my Byways project along the way (map).
