Another shot taken near the end of the scenic Artist’s Drive in Death Valley National Park. The drive is described on the park service’s web-site as a “[s]cenic loop drive through multi-hued volcanic and sedimentary hills. Artist’s Palette is especially photogenic in late afternoon light.” This was taken in the same spot as Artist’s Drive I, but I stood up and moved into the middle of the road for this shot. This is again another HDR, but this time I gave it a grungy black and white treatment.
