Hard to beat US-101 in northern California.  It is very aptly named Redwood Highway.  The country that it snakes through it absolutely amazing.  Here is a shot from a few miles south of Crescent City, California where US-101 ventures closer to the coast.  A continuation of shots from Spring Break earlier this year (map).
